Ein helles Zimmer in einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung in einem vor 4 Jahren renoviertem Altbau von 1895. Es ist etwa 18 qm groß mit 2 großen Fenstern.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein großes Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne und seperater Dusche. Die Küche ist etwa 16 qm groß und voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und allem was man sonst noch so brauch
Zudem gibt es noch ein 18 qm großes Wohnzimmer.
Eine gute Lage in Linden-Mitte/Süd. Die Haltestelle Schwarzer Bär ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Lindener Markt braucht man zu Fuß etwa 5 min.
Ansonsten lassen auch alle weiteren Dinge in Linden wie Clubs, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden gut erreichen.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in ab 25 Jahre. Ich bin seit anderthalb Jahren berufstätig.
Es sollte keine reine Zweck-WG sein. Es wäre schön, wenn auch mal was zusammen macht wie etwas zu kochen oder gemeinsam z.B. den Tatort zu schauen.
Die Wohnung ist recht groß mit insgesamt 96 qm, sodass jeder genügend Freiraum hat.
