I am Constantin. I can offer currently 3 emtpy rooms for rent in Linden Mitte.
I search students, trainees, ... young people. People from foreign countries are welcome.
Important is that you are open minded. Since people from different nations might live in this
appartment together, you need to accept values of different cultures and be open minded.

Kitchen is in a very good shape and bathroom is also almost new. So it s no problem to invite people, but make sure that furnitures, bathroom, kitchen will not suffer and that the neighbours won t complain.
Rooms available from 1 June 2019.
I am German and live in Hainholz. Currently a different family lives there who will move out before 1 June. Therefore, i can t show the room immediately and need to arrange a visiting day beginning of May.
Public Transport not far. Parking situation is sometimes a bit challenging but there are parking places for rent for 50 €
