My name is Cédric, I am French and I am really sorry i don't speak German so please send your message in English.
I will leave my flat around the 5th of december and i am looking for my successor.
I share the flat with another french guy really nice and easy to live !
I have currently two rooms to offer (2 and 3 on the plan).
The room 2 is currently my room, it is around 12m2 and room 3 is my dressroom (around 9m2) with a mezzanine which offer enough place to put a 2 people mattress.
Room 4 is our living room, 5 the bathroom, 6 a corridor and 7 the Kitchen.
The offer is for one person or a couple taking rooms 2 and 3.
The extra costs cover electricity, (hot) water, heater and internet.
There is a bike storage in the residence.
The flat is located near to Edeka, weight training room, subway you cross the road and you have the station Lindener Marktplatz
