Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer für einen Monat, da ich in Schweden sein werde zu der Zeit. In meinem Zimmer ist ein 140x200cm Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bücherregal (außerdem ein unschlagbar bequemes Sofa). Ich habe diverse Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer stehen, die dann mal gegossen werden wollen, da es aber Winter ist und Pflanzen in der Zeit wenig Wasser benötigen, würde diese Aufgabe nur 1x auf dich zukommen.
I rent my furnished room for one month, because I will be in Sweden by that time. In my room is a 140x200cm bed, a closet, desk and bookshelf (also an unbeatable comfortable sofa). I have various plants in my room, which want to be watered, but since it is winter and plants need less water in the time you just have to water them once or my flatmate would do that.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Linden-Nord, sodass du dir keine Sorgen machen musst um genügend Restarurantauswahl oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Straßenbahn fährt alle 10min und du kommst bequem in 10min zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Uni Campus ist nur einen katzensrpung entfernt und zu Fuß brauchst du ca. 15min zum Conti-Campus und 20min zum Hauptcampus.
The apartment is very centrally located in the district Linden-Nord, so you don't have to worry about enough restaurant choices or shopping possibilities. The overground metro leaves every 10 minutes and you can easily get to the main train station in 10 minutes. The university campus is really near by and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Conti campus and 20 minutes to the main campus.
Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit Jessi und Sofinias, zwei unkomplizierte und wirklich tolle Menschen. Jessi studiert und Sofinias arbeitet. Beide sind was das WG-Leben angeht sehr entspannt, wir sitzen bei Kaffee und Tee zusammen in der Küche und bequatschen gerne unseren Alltag miteinander. Du wirst dich also definitiv wohlfühlen mit den beiden als Mitbewohnis
You will live with Jessi and Sofinias, two uncomplicated and really great people. Jessi studies and Sofinias works. Both of them are very relaxed when it comes to living in a shared flat, we sit together in the kitchen with coffee/tea, vine/beer and like to talk about our everyday life with each other. So you will definitely feel comfortable with the two of them as roommates.
Da ich meine gesamte Einrichtung in meinem Zimmer lassen werde, würde ich gerne eine Kaution von 250 Euro von dir bekommen, die du natürlich nach deinem Aufenthalt zurückbekommst sofern keine Schäden entstanden sind :)
Since I will leave all my furniture in my room, I would like to get a deposit of 250 euros from you, which you will definetly get back after your stay if there is no damage :)
