Hallo, mein Name ist Carina und ich suche eine nette WG-Partnerin zu sofort ;) Ein späterer Einzug ist auch nach Absprache möglich.
Diese 3-Zi.-Whg. ist ausgestattet mit relativ großer Küche mit Herd & großem Kühlschrank, kl. Bad mit Dusche, einer Abstellkammer, Wohnfläche 54 qm. Wir haben gleich große helle Zimmer von je 13 qm, 3,00 m hoch und einen Gemeinschaftsraum.
Gesamtmiete (inkl. NK, Strom/Gas, Internet/Tel.) nur 250!
aufgesplittet: Miete: 160 € kalt, 30 € NK, 50 € Strom/Gas/Internet/Telefon
(Vermieterin erhält 3 Nettokaltmieten als Kaution).
Haustiere erlaubt (aber bitte Vermieterin Bescheid geben).
Bahn- und Bushaltestelle (Allerweg) sind in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe. Maschsee und Schwimmbad sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Ihmeufer ist ideal zum Joggen, ruhige Lage.
Im Waschkeller steht eine 1,5-Jahre alte Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
