The room owner is going abroad for half a year and therefore needs someone to rent his room. The 25 square meter room is very bright and spacious. It is fully furnished and has a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelf, bedside table, chest of drawers, mirror and television. Although the room has no TV reception, it has an Amazon Firestick. The apartment also has a cellar and a large backyard where you can park your bike. There is also a washing machine. Our kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle. There is no microwave, no dishwasher and also no coffee machine. Electricity, gas and internet are included in the additional costs.
Der Zimmerbewohner geht für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland und benötigt daher jemanden zur Untermiete. Das 25-Quadratmeter-Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig. Es wird voll möbliert vermietet, also mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Nachttisch, Kommode, Spiegel und Fernseher. Zwar hat das Zimmer keinen TV-Empfang, aber dafür einen Amazon Firestick. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Keller sowie ein großer Hinterhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Unsere Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, keine Spülmaschine und auch keine Kaffeemaschine. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Gas und Internetkosten inbegriffen.
The apartment is centrally located in Hanover and is also located in a popular trendy district. Many young people and students live here. The apartment is not far away from public transport. You can get to the city centre by tram in only 5 minutes. The Campus Linden of the Hannover University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Hannover) is very close. With the bus (line 200) you get well to the Conti-Campus and to the Leibniz University main building. There are many shopping facilities here (groceries, drugstore) and Limmerstrasse can also be reached on foot. This colourful street is the heart of Linden. There you will find exciting cafes, bars and cmany ultural activities.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Hannover und befindet sich in einem beliebten Szeneviertel. Viele junge Leute und Studenten leben hier. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in nur 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Campus Linden der Hochschule Hannover befindet sich sehr nah. Mit dem Bus (Linie 200) kommt man gut zum Conti-Campus und zum Leibniz-Hauptgebäude. Es gibt hier viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie, Baumarkt) und zu Fuß kann man auch die Limmerstraße erreichen. Diese bunte Straße ist das Herz von Linden. Man findet dort aufregende Cafès, Bars ein großes kulturelles Angebot.
Julia (22) and Paula (21) live in the apartment as well. Julia studies Public Relations and Paula Cultural Studies. Both enjoy going out and cooking. The apartment life is very quiet and relaxed and the needs of the others are taken into consideration. A cleaning plan regulates the cleaning in the apartment. There is a cash box, into which every month 5 € is thrown by everyone. From here cleaning agents, toilet paper and kitchen paper are bought.
In der WG wohnen Julia (22) und Paula (21). Julia studiert Public Relations und Paula Kulturwissenschaft. Beide sind oft und gerne unterwegs und kochen gerne. Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und entspannt und es wird Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen genommen. Ein Putzplan regelt das gemeinsame Putzen in der Wohnung. Es gibt eine WG-Kasse, in die jeden Monat 5 € reingeschmissen wird. Hiervon werden Putzmittel, Klopapier und Küchenpapier gekauft.
