Spontan ist dieses Zimmer wieder frei geworden, da eine Person abgesagt hat.
WICHTIG/IMPORTANT:
- Wohnung wird leider ab Dez. saniert, deshalb bis 30. November befristet / only available for Oct / Nov
- weitestgehend unmöbliert - siehe Bilder / almost no furniture, see pictures

Das Zimmer ist in Südausrichtung im 1. Stock.
Es ist sehr geräumig.
So wie auf dem Bild abgebildet werde ich es vermieten. D.h. ein Bett müsste man sich noch organisieren. Dabei kann ich bei Bedarf auch helfen.
Die Lage ist toll:
Direkt beim Lindener Marktplatz, es gibt Supermärkte und eine gute Anbindung mit der S Bahn.
die S Bahn fährt direkt auf der Straße vor der Tür. Dies ist im Winter wenig störend, da man die Fenster ohnehin geschlossen hat!
weitere Details teile ich gerne elefonisch mit.
Die WG besteht aus 4 Personen.es ist ein sehr nettes und achtsames Zusammenleben, gerne erläutere ich das telefonisch.
