Hello dear searchers,

I am renting my nice room for the month of January 2018 but it is available now if you want to move in sooner. It is located one block off of the Limmerstr. and in between Küchengarten and Leinaustr. stops on the 10 tram line. It is two blocks from the Faust cultural center and a very easy commute to the University.

I am traveling home to the USA to visit family for that time. The room has a large window, a bed (160cm), a chair and a wardrobe. The apartment itself is small but very well kept, light and pleasant with a great kitchen and small "living room". Your roommate for the winter would be Norina, an awesome lady studying theatre education at the University. She is super sweet and easy to get along with. She is German but also speaks very good English. This would be a great place to call home for a couple months as the lifestyle is easy going and the location is superb.

Please contact my flatmate Norina via SMS, if you're interested in seeing the room. Her mobil number is ----/-------. English or German, both are fine.

Thank you and happy searching,

Anila Mazhari-Landry
