Zimmer in familiärer WG am schwarzen Bär

Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Linden mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Die Bahnstation „Schwarzer Bär“ (Linie 9,17) ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür und die Buslinien 120/200 fahren vom Lindener Marktplatz aus in die Nordstadt. Zum Einkaufen sind Rewe und Edeka nur einen Katzensprung weit entfernt oder du kannst den Wochenmarkt auf dem Lindener Marktplatz am Samstag/ Dienstag besuchen. Man ist schnell auf der Limmerstraße und noch viel schneller im Grünen am Ihmeufer. Ansonsten haben wir in der Nähe noch einen Buchladen, Rossmann, Apotheke, Kioske und zahlreiche Essgelegenheiten. Wir haben das Glück in einer sehr netten Hausgemeinschaft zu wohnen, denen es nichts ausmacht unsere Pakete anzunehmen und uns Äpfel aus dem Garten schenken.

The flat is located in Linden with good public transfer connection to the university or city center. The “Schwarzer Bär” train station (line 9.17) is practically on the doorstep and the bus lines 120/200 go from Lindener Marktplatz to the north of the city. For shopping, Rewe and Edeka are only a stone's throw away or you can visit the weekly market on Linden market square on Saturday / Tuesday. Limmerstrasse and the lush green Parc around the Ihme river are in walking distance. Additionally we have a bookstore, Rossmann, pharmacy, kiosk and numerous places to eat nearby. We are lucky enough to live in a very nice house community, who don't mind accepting our post packages and gifting us apples from their garden.

Die WG existiert in verschiedenen Konstellationen schon seit Jahren, momentan sind wir 2 Frauen, 1 Mann und 1 oberflauschiger weißer Kater - der 4. Mensch wärst du!
Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr familiär und keinesfalls eine ZweckWG.
Wir teilen seit Jahren nicht nur unseren Wohnraum sondern oft auch die Höhen und Tiefen des Lebens miteinander. Wir haben alle sehr unterschiedliche Jobs und Tagesabläufe, was uns aber nicht davon abhält ab und zu einen Plausch im Türrahmen zu halten und über unseren Tag zu berichten. Wenn es sich ergibt, kochen wir gerne füreinander, backen himmlische Geburtstagstorten, spielen Skip-Bo-Battles, basteln Elefantenmobiles, gucken zusammengekuschelt einen Trashfilm, leeren beim Tarotkartenlegen ein paar Flaschen Wein oder genießen ein ausgedehntes Frühstück am Wochenende.
Wir suchen eine offene, authentische Person, die Lust hat auf Gemeinschaft hat.
Wir haben einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander, Putzen ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit und wir rauchen nicht in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.

The flat has existed in various constellations for years, currently we live with 2 women, 1 man and 1 fluffy white cat - the fourth human could be you!
We live together as a warmhearted and familiar community and by no means like a partnership of convenience.
For years we have not only shared our living space but also the ups and downs of our life. We all have very different jobs and daily routines, but that doesn't stop us from having a chat in the doorway reporting on our day. If it comes in handy we like to cook for each other, bake heavenly birthday cakes, play skip-bo battles, craft elephant mobiles, watch a trash movie cuddled up together, empty a few bottles of wine while laying tarot cards or enjoy deep conversations over an extensive breakfast on the weekend.
We are looking for an open, authentic person who enjoys company.
We treat each other considerately, cleaning is a matter of course and we don't smoke in the common rooms.

Uns ist bewusst, dass die WG-Suche gerade in Coronazeiten etwas nervig ist - eine kurze Besichtigung mit Maske & Abstand & Lüften wäre uns am liebsten. Ein Zoom-Gespräch oder einen Spaziergang mit Abstand im Park sind natürlich auch möglich!. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du dir die Zeit nimmst vorab etwas über dich zu schreiben.

We are aware of the fact that looking for an apartment during Corona times can be tricky and annoying. We would prefer a short tour with mask, keeping distance and open windows. Of course we could also arrange a zoom talk or a walk in the park at a distance. We would be happy if you would take the time to write something about yourself in advance.
