Neue Mitbewohner/in gesucht!
Hallo, ich suche gerade ein neue Mitbewohner/in für ein Zimmer in einer 5er WG in Hannover, Linden. Schlüsselübergabe kann ab sofort! (Sofern Sie die Kaution bezahlen haben).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 21 m^2 groß. (Sie können auch zur Zweit wohnen, wenn Sie möchten).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 500 Euro monatlich und die Kaution beträgt 1054 Euro.
*Wenn Sie aber zur Zweit wohnen, d.h die zu bezahlende monatliche Miete beträgt 250 Euro pro Person, und die Kaution ist 567 Euro pro Person.
In der Küche ist alles inklusive (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, usw).
Es gibt auch Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, und die Wäscherei ist auch in der Nähe (5 min mit dem Fuß).
Falls Sie Interesse haben, oder noch mehr Infos/Fotos über das Zimmer und die Wohnung brauchen. Könnt ihr einfach einen PN an mir schicken. Ich freue mich!
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibts viele Supermarkten wie Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Real. Sowie Rossman, Tedi, Sparkasse und Volksbank. Die alle können auch mit dem Fuß ungefähr 5-8 Minuten zu erreichen.
Liegt in der Nähe von Restaurant wie Duke’s Burger, Street Kitchen, NetViet, usw).
Transport: Bus 100, 200, 120, 700 und Straßenbahnen: Linie 9 und 10.
