Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und vollmöbliert. Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus und somit ist es auch super ruhig. Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren kernsaniert.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle vier Grenzen, welche von den Bahnen 3,7 und 9 angefahren wird. Die Wartezeit beträgt somit unter der Woche nie länger als vier Minuten:). In 6 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof und in 7 Minuten am Kröpcke. Die Bahnanbindung ist also wirklich top.
Zum Wg-Leben kann ich nur sagen, dass alles richtig entspannt abläuft. Zwei meiner Mitbewohner Lennart und Oxana studieren Bauingenieurwesen und mein anderer Mitbewohner Peter hat vor kurzem als Ingenieur angefangen zu arbeiten.
