Da ich Ende Januar ausziehe, suche ich ab dem 1. Februar 2021 einen neuen Mieterin für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Hannover-List. Außer die zwei zimmern gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer/Küche, mit den meisten Geräten, die man brauchen kann (Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle etc.). Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne, die auch als Dusche genutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (Bett+Matratze, Kleiderschrank), kann aber auch unmöbliert gemietet werden. Es gibt eine einmalige Gebühr für die vorhandene Ausrüstung (z. B. Kühlschrank, Küchengeschirr, etc.), die ich gekauft habe und die ich in der Wohnung lassen werde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit einem gemeinsamen Garten, es gibt auch einen Keller.
Hello! At the end of January I need to move to another city, and I'm looking for a new tenant for my room starting from February 2021.
The room to rent is located in a cozy 3-room apartment on the outskirts of Hannover-List. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment has a large living room/kitchen with most of the appliances you may need (oven, stove, microwave, etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub which can also be used as a shower.
The room contains some furniture (bed + mattress, wardrobe), but it can also be rented empty.
There is a one time fee for the existing equipment (e.g. fridge, kitchenware, etc )that I bought and will leave in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the top floor in an apartment building with a common garden, there is also a cellar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Spannhagengarten Bahnhaltestelle entfernt (blaue Linien 3, 7 und 9). Man braucht nur 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn oder 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, um im Stadtzentrum/Hbf zu sein.
Direkt an der Ecke befindet sich ein Minimarkt, und ein EDEKA oder ein Penny ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the Spannhagengarten U-bahn stop (blue lines 3, 7 and 9). It only takes 15 minutes by public transport or 20 by bicycle to reach the city center/Hbf.
Right on the corner of the block there is a mini-markt and at 10 minutes walk from the apartment there are an EDEKA and a penny.

Ich bin Joyce eine Journalistin, und ich verfolge einen Master Fernsehen. Meistens arbeite ich an verschiedenen Projekten, die mit meinem Studium und meiner Karriere zusammenhängen. Aufgrund der Covid- jetzt verbringe ich die meiste Zeit zu Hause (Online-Studie) etc.
In meiner Freizeit tanze ich gerne, höre Musik, treffe mich mit Freunden oder besuche neue Orte.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohnerin, die sich für Gemeinschaft interessiert, zusammen kochen, quatschen und die Wohnung nicht nur als Wohnort sieht,s ondern sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Auf der anderen Seite manchmal braucht jeder seinen ruhe, so eine tägliche Party ist nicht erwünscht.
PS: Mein Deutsch ist immer noch nicht perfekt, aber ich würde gerne mehr von dir lerne."

I am looking for flatmate who, on the one hand, is interested in community, cooking, chatting together and sees the apartment not just like a place to live but who feels at home. On the other hand, sometimes everyone needs their own peace, so a party everyday is not welcome.
