The apartment is a WG with 3 rooms, this room is 20m2 with beautiful morning sunlight and 3.3m high ceilings. There is a large kitchen (and balcony) with a big table where we had many cooking evenings together as roommates and with friends. The flat is on level 2.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Spannhagengarten Station for the 3,7,9 trams. The 137 and 133 buses are also only 5 minutes walking distance. Both the canal and Eilenriede are 5-10min by foot, the MHH is a 10 minute bike ride, and Lister Platz and Lister Meile are also only 8-10 minutes away by bike. The neighborhood is very safe and not too loud. I really enjoyed living here!
There are 2 other roommates, one is Sonja, a 27 year old scientist at the MHH nearby. She has a beautiful dog that stays part time in the apartment. And the other room is also available for rent soon. We are looking for any gender, roughly 20s/30s who will enjoy the WG life! We cooked so much together and enjoyed dinner parties and time outside of the flat together. Sonja is German but we spoke a lot of English for me during my time there, so it is only important if you know German ;)
