Für unsere 5er bzw. 10er-WG suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/Inn.
Wir sind zwischen 21 und 35 Jahren alt, teils Studenten, teils schon im Arbeitsleben und leben gemeinsam in einem ausgebauten Dachgeschoss Nähe Steintor auf 330 m2. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell und geräumig, es gibt eine große Wohnküche, einen gemeinsamen Arbeitsraum, Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon zum Rauchen und Weintrinken.
Die Bergmannstr. ist eine kleine Straße zwischen Steintor und Königsworther Platz. Haupthof, Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Conti-Campus und Hauptuni liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ist es hier oben angenehm ruhig.
Wenn Du Lust auf gesellige Abende in der Küche mit Wein, Tatortabende und gelegentliche Feierabendbiere hast, meld Dich bei uns. Wir freuen uns.
