Hey there!
We have a room to rent from August to September, alternatively it is
possible to rent only one month.
We are 5 roommates (2f, 3m), aged from 26 to 32, mostly working or being
enrolled at university. We speak english or german.
Room has about 20m² and is south exponated. It has a bed, desk, locker,
shelf, couch, little table. We have a washing machine, bathtub,
dishwasher and a lot more kitchen equipment. Rent includes internet as
well. It is possible to park your bike in the yard or cellar.
This is a truly centrally located flat as University is only 5 minutes
on foot, city about 10mins, cental station 15mins and the stations
Christuskirche and Königswortherplatz nearby. We have a supermarket
(netto), pharmacy and a post office next to us, on saturdays we have a
market with fresh food at the Klagesmarkt, the Engelbosteler Damm offers
more shopping facilities such as dm, REWE, Sparkasse, arabic and turkish
food and so on
The Georgengarten is close for jogging or just haning around.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 20m² zur Südseite mit Ausblick auf den Klagesmarkt,
ist hell und hat zwei Fenster. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Podestbett,
Schränken, Regal, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Tischchen. Wir haben eine
Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Geschirrspüler und ne Menge mehr an
Küchenutensilien, in der Miete sind die Kosten für Internet schon
inbegriffen.
Die WG befindet sich am Klagesmarkt, samstags ist direkt Markt vor der
Tür, die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, von den Haltestellen
Königsworther-Platz (5 Gehminuten) und Christuskirche (3 Gehminuten)
kommt man mit Bus und Bahn schnell überall hin. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in
etwa 10 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof in etwa 15 zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen
liegt Netto direkt gegenüber, nebenan gibts eine Apotheke und ein
Reisebüro mit Paketshop, ansonsten bietet der E-Damm viele Imbissbuden,
DM, Rewe, Bio-Markt, Sparkasse etc. Der sehr nah gelegene Georgengarten
bietet zudem die Möglichkeit joggen zu gehen oder grillen & chillen.
Wir sind 2 Frauen und 3 Männer zwischen 26 und 32 und studieren und
arbeiten großteils. Wir sind weder Zweck- noch KuschelWG,
machen immer mal wieder was zusammen, wie feiern/in den Park gehen und
grillen, zusammen kochen, was spielen usw, man trifft sich im großen
Wohnbereich häufiger am Tag.
Das Zimmer ist für August und September frei, optional aber auch für
einen der Monate zu haben. Wir ziehen allerdings Leute vor, die beide
Monate nehmen würden.
