Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke (Altbau) und ist schön hell. Weil meine Mitbewohnerin jetzt auszieht und ihre Möbel hinterlässt, müssten diese möglichst übernommen werden. Der Preis für alle Teilen ist 450 Euro. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, wunderschön groß und lädt zum kochen ein. Das Bad hat eine Duschwanne und es findet sich hier auch eine Waschmaschine.
Ab 01.10 suche ich eine neue Mitbewohner/in für meine Wohnung
in der Dieckmannstr.1 in Hannover-Mitte. Die Wohnung liegt im 1.Stock und ist ca. 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Station Marienstraße (Linie 4,5,6,11) entfernt. Bis Kröpcke dauert es nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.

mein Name ist Lüba und ich mache meinen Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaft an der LUH.
Ich würde mich freuen mit dem/der neuen Mitbewohner/in auch ab und zu etwas zu unternehmen, z.b. ein gemeinsames Kochen oder eine nette Unterhaltung bei einem Glas Wein in der Küche. Natürlich soll jeder auch seinen Freiraum für sich haben. Ich suche nur einfach keine Zweck-WG.
