Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen schönen sanierten Altbau mit hohen Decken.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und geräumig. Es liegt zur ruhigen Seite einer leicht belebten Straße und wird von viel Sonnenlicht durchflutet. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (alles auf den Fotos enthalten) und die meisten Möbel habe ich vor Kurzem erst gekauft. Ich möchte alle davon für 500 Euro verkaufen. Das Bett ist 1,5 Jahre alt und sehr gemütlich. Das Sofa kann zu einem Bett umgewandelt werden.
Jetzt wohne ich in Berlin, deshalb möchte ich so schnell wie möglich jemanden für mein Zimmer finden.

The room is quite large and spacious. It is facing a mildly busy street and takes a lot of sunlight. The room is fully furnished (everything in the photos included) and I have bought the most of the furnitures recently. I want to sell all of them for 500 euros. The bed is 1.5 years old and very comfortable. The sofa can be converted into a bed.
I moved in to Berlin so I want to find somebody for the room as soon as possible.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nordstadt (Haltenhoffstraße, Höhe Schneiderberg). REWE und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einige 24h Kioske für den Notfalleinkauf. Die Uni ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und zum Joggen sind Grünflächen auch nicht weit. Außerdem fahren Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Haustür. Der belebte Engelbosteler Damm, mit vielen Caffe's und Bars befindet sich um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the Nordstadt (Haltenhoffstraße, near Schneiderberg). REWE and other shopping options are in close proximity. Additionally, there are several 24-hour Kiosk for emergency shopping. The university is easily reachable on foot, and there are green spaces not far away for jogging. Moreover, buses and trains stop right at the doorstep. The bustling Engelbosteler Damm, with numerous cafes and bars, is just around the corner.

Du würdest mit Wilhelmine und Juliete zusammen wohnen. Die WG ist normalerweise ruhig und entspannt. Es gibt jedoch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, und wir haben auch einige Gesellschaftsspiele zur Verfügung. In der WG wird häufig entweder Deutsch oder English gesprochen.

You will live together with Wilhelmine and Juliete. The WG is usually quiet and chill. But there is a nice living room to hang out together and some board games as well.

Alles Nötige zur Mitbenutzung ist vorhanden. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattete. Es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und gekocht wird mit Gas auf offener Flamme. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen Keller, wo du Sachen lagern kannst. Da der Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine recht neu sind, würde ein Abschlag von 80 Euro auf dich zukommen. Das macht insgesamt 580 Euro zusammen mit den Möbeln im Zimmer.

Everything necessary for shared use is available. Our kitchen is well-equipped. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, and cooking is done with gas. Additionally, we have a basement where you can store things. As the refrigerator and washing machine are quite new, there would be an additional fee of 80 euros. That makes 580 euro in total together with the furnitures in the room.
