Hallo neue*r Mitbewohni!
Dein Zimmer hat einen dunklen Laminatboden, ist weiß gestrichen und wird teilmöbeliert hinterlassen. Es ist das größere Zimmer und besonders gemütlich. Von dem Fenster aus schaut man auf den Innenhof, daher ist es ruhig und man hat immer die Abendsonne im Blick.
An dem großen und geräumigen Wohnzimmer ist der Balkon. Die Sonne scheint direkt drauf und ist bis zum Abend da. Zudem ist in dem Wohnzimmer ein großer Schreibtisch, falls du in Ruhe arbeiten möchtest.
Dich erwartet ein teilmöbeliertest Zimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd + Backofen, Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine), ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon und natürlich die beste WG Deutschlands.

🏡 **Cozy Room in a 3-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Nordstadt from October 15th to December 31st, 2023 🏡**
Hello potential new flatmate!
Your room has a dark laminate floor, is freshly painted in white, and will be partially furnished. It's the larger room and exceptionally cozy. From the window, you have a view of the courtyard, making it peaceful, and you always have the evening sun in sight. The spacious living room has a balcony attached. The sun shines directly on it and stays there until evening. Additionally, there's a large desk in the living room if you need a quiet workspace.
You can expect a partially furnished room, a well-equipped kitchen, an extra living room, a balcony, and, of course, the best flatshare in Germany.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhigen Gegend in unmittelbarer Nähe des Engelbostler Damms, ist aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden und befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße von dem E-Damm und liegt quasi zwischen der Haltestelle "Kopernikus" und "Christuskirche". Zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle "Lilienstraße" läuft man 30 Sekunden und zur nächsten Bahnstation ca. 3min.
Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist der Nordstadt Bahnhof, den man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht.
Auf dem E-Damm befinden sich alle Läden, die man im Alltag braucht. Von Supermärkten, Apotheken, Restaurants bis hin zu Bars und Clubs ist alles dabei. Auch der Welfengarten befindet sich nur ein paar Minuten von unserer Wohnung.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, in close proximity to Engelbostler Damm. Due to its central location, it has excellent public transportation connections and is situated on a side street off E-Damm, essentially between the "Kopernikus" and "Christuskirche" tram stops. The nearest bus stop, "Lilienstraße," is a 30-second walk away, and the closest tram station is about 3 minutes on foot.
Also nearby is the Nordstadt train station, which can be reached by bicycle in just a few minutes.
Engelbostler Damm hosts a variety of shops catering to everyday needs, including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, as well as bars and clubs. Additionally, Welfengarten is just a few minutes away from our apartment.
Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin geht ins Ausland. Daher wird die Wohnung in dem Zeitraum vom 15.10.-31.12.23 frei. Du wirst in der Zeit mit mir, Beke (27) zusammen wohnen. Da ich während des Studium bereits in WGs gewohnt habe, ist mir ein harmonisches WG-Leben wichtig. Das können wir ganz nach unseren eigenen Regeln und Wünschen gestalten. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit, einen gleichberechtigten Umgang und den SafeSpace, den die Wohnung bisher geboten hat und ich möchte, dass du positiv dazu beiträgst, damit wir uns beide wohlfühlen.

Meine current roommate is heading abroad, which means that the apartment will be available from October 15th to December 31st, 2023. During this period, you'll be sharing the place with me, Beke (27). Having lived in shared accommodations during my studies, I truly value a harmonious co-living environment.
