Es wird eine einmalige Zahlung von 255 für die Waschmaschine und die Mikrowelle erwartet.
Es gibt bereits superschnelles Internet in der Wohnung, das wir später gegen eine vereinbarte Gebühr mitbenutzen können.
Die einzigen anderen Kosten sind die Fernseh- und Rundfunkgebühren, die wir uns teilen und alle 3 Monate bezahlen werden

There is super fast internet already available at the flat we can share for an agreed fee later
Only other cost is the tv and radio tax which we will share and pay every 3 months
