Hey,
da ich demnächst ausziehe, suche ich für mein WG Zimmer eine/n Nachmieter/in. Du würdest mit Tinka und Martin 2 super liebe neue Mitbewohner an deine Seite haben.
Zum Zimmer: Es ist etwa 15 qm groß, hell, trotz nähe zum Engelbosteler Damm ruhig gelegen und mit hellem Laminat ausgestattet. Es kostet im Monat 215 Euro, dazu kommen 10 Euro Telefon und Internet Flatrate und und ca. 50 Euro Gas und Stromkosten ( wird aber neu geschätzt demnächst, dann wird es wahrscheinlich weniger).
Die Lage ist optimal, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch die Uni ist quasi um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Stangriede ist ebenfalls fast vor der Haustür.
Einzug vor dem 1. Juni ist auch möglich.
