Ich suche einen Nachfolger (Student) für mein 16 m² großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG ab 15.08.2012.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 75 m² und liegt in der 3te Etage. Sie hat eine große Küche sowie ein großes Bad.
Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster, ziemlich quadratisch geschnitten und ist sehr ruhig.
Momentan zahle ich monatlich für das Zimmer 203 € (warm) + 8,3 € fürs Internet, wobei ich bei der letzten Nebenkostenabrechnung ca. 140€ wieder bekommen habe.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nordstadt (Auf dem Loh 2), nahe dem Bahnhof Nordstadt. Zur Uni sind es nur 3 min. mit dem Rad. S-Bahn, Bus sowie Straßenbahn Haltestellen sind in wenigen Metern entfernt.
Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.b. Lidl, REWE aber auch Kiosk in der Nähe.
