Das Zimmer liegt zur Nordseite und zur ruhigen Kniestraße raus. Wie die anderen Zimmer und der Flur hat es einen Laminatboden. Das Zimmer hat 12,4 m2 und durch eine Schiebetür mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Vorhanden sind ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Wäscheschrank und Regal. Da es hier um eine Zwischenmiete geht, wird sicherlich noch das eine oder andere im Zimmer bleiben, was wir dann aber noch besprechen können. Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Wohnung, so dass Wäsche waschen kein Problem darstellt.

The rentable room lies to the north side and to the quiet Kniestr. The floor is like the other rooms laminated. This room has 12.4 m2 and is connected to the living room by a sliding door. There are a bed, a desk, a linen cupboard and a shelf in it. Because its a temporary rent, there will be also other stuff in the room. Details will and can be discussed personally. The flat has a washer, so it’s not a problem to wash your clothes.
Die Lage ist nahezu optimal für Studenten und Praktikanten. Die Hauptuni ist in knapp 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Hauptmensa(Stadtbahn) sogar in 5. Ebenso weit ist es zum E-Damm, wo sich so ziemlich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden lassen. Auch von dort ist die Innenstadt in weiteren 5min per Stadtbahn zu erreichen.

The flat position is ideal for students or trainees. The main university is reachable in 10 minutes by foot, the main canteen or the metro even in 5 min. Also afar is the Engelboster-Damm (E-Damm) with his many opportunities to buy groceries. From the E-Damm you can reach downtown also with the metro within 5 minutes.
Da ein WG-Mitglied für ein Semester in Spanien studieren wird, suchen wir zum 1. September 2015 bis 29. Februar 2016 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Deine potentiellen neuen Mitbewohner sind Ronja (22, Bachelor-Studentin Lehramt Mathe und Chemie) und Florian (23, Bachelor-Student Maschinenbau). Das WG-Leben läuft frei nach dem Motto vieles kann, nichts muss. Von zusammen z.B. Fußball oder Filme gucken, kochen, aufn Bierchen zusammen auf dem Balkon sitzen, bis abends mal gemeinsam losziehen ist so ziemlich alles dabei.

We are looking for a new member for temporary rent (1.September 2015 to 29.February 2016) in our flat share, because of us is going to study in Spain for one semester.
Your potential roommates are Ronja (22, student of teaching math and chemistry) and Florian (23, student of engineering). The flat life is following the motto “many things are possible, but not a must”. From e.g. looking football or a film, cooking or drinking a beer on the balcony to going out to a few bars or to a club together, everything is present.
