Ich würde dir gerne einen Raum von rund 20m2 in Hannover Nordstadt anbieten. Zu diesem Raum gehört noch ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 22m2) sowie eine Küche (18m2) welche soweit voll ausgestattet ist und gemeinschaflich genutzt wird.
Die Wohnung gehört der Bau und Spargenossenschaft, d.h. du müsstest als Spareinlage (375€ 6% Verzinsung) deine Kaution anteilig anlegen. Diese kannst du aber jederzeit Kündigen.
Zu meiner Person:
27 Jahre alt, offen, locker und unkompliziert. Arbeite vollzeit als Bauingenieur und treibe gerne Sport. Gehe Rennradfahren oder schwimmen, bin aber auch so für jede andere Sportart offen.
In der Freizeit bin ich für den Verein Viva con Agua aktiv.
Mir ist nachhaltiges Handeln wichtig was man auch in meinem täglichen Leben merkt.
