Only temporary rent for 5 months !!
**English below**
English description:
Room:
Your future room measures 22 m² and will be handed over to you furnished but without my personal belongings or pictures so you can make yourself feel at home :)
We think it’s important for you to know that the room faces towards a tram station on a relatively busy street, and therefore is not suited for someone who is sensitive to traffic noise or a light sleeper. 😅
Location:
The apartment is located directly in front of the tram station “An der Strangriede”. Lines 6 and 11 take you to the city center within 5 min. A supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy can be found within a 200 m radius. Other grocery stores, drug stores, kiosks and so on can also be found in close proximity.
About us:
You will be sharing the apartment with Youssef (25) and Cristina (22).
Youssef is doing his masters in mechatronics and is a very kind and social person. He loves to go to the gym and is also a lover of cinema at heart.
Cristina, your second roomie, is from Costa Rica and is studying special education at the LUH. She loves to cook, dance and go out on the weekends.
Life in our apartment:
We’re not nit-picky when it comes to cleanliness, but we do try to keep a basic hygiene for which we use an app that fairly distributes the chores between the three of us.
Life in our apartment has been pretty chill. We like to spontaneously come together to chat, drink a cup of coffee or give eachother life updates. Nevertheless, we absolutely understand and respect if someone needs their space and quiet. Despite our friendship, it is important to us that we’re still able to lead our everyday lives independently and leave each other the necessary space to do so. We normally do not do regular, planned activities but rather find some time within the week to spontaneously go out together.
Long story short: Let’s get to know each other better via video call! We would still appreciate if you could send us a short message telling us a little bit about yourself and what’s important to you for living in a shared apartment. To check if you made it all the way to this point, we would also appreciate if you include the answer to the following question in your text: If you could only eat one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Looking forward to your message!
Obvious but important disclaimer: Racism, sexism, fatphobia and any other form of discrimination are not welcome in our apartment.
