Für mein wunderschönes Zimmer im Herzen von Hannovers Nordstadt suche ich eine:n Untermieter:in, für etwas mehr als einen Monat. Die Wohnung hat wunderschönes Parkett, dezenten Stuck und schöne große Fenster, durch die viel Licht in die Zimmer scheint. Durch die dicken Altbauwände ist es auch an heißen Sommertagen sehr angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. In der WG werden noch 2 weitere Personen mit dir wohnen. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, die aber groß genug für gemeinsame Kochabende ist und ein sehr schönes neusaniertes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche.
For my beautiful room in the heart of Hannover's Nordstadt I am looking for a subtenant for a little more than a month. The apartment has beautiful parquet flooring, discreet stucco and beautiful large windows through which a lot of light shines into the rooms. Due to the thick walls of the old building, it is very pleasantly cool in the apartment even on hot summer days. In the WG 2 more people will live with you. There is a small kitchen, but large enough for cooking evenings together and a very nice newly renovated bathroom, with bath and shower.
Die Lage ist wirklich optimal! Am einen Ende der Straße ist die Bahnhaltestelle Christuskirche und der Beginn des E-Damms, der sehr viel Ambiente mit sympathische Café, Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Am anderen Ende der Straße ist schon die Leibnizuniversität und dahinter der Welfengarten, Georgen- und Herrenhäusergärten. Also super für einen Abendspaziergang, oder wenn man zu Fuß in den Stadtteil Linden laufen möchte.
Die Nordstadt ist durch die Uni ein sehr belebter und junger Stadtteil, hier ist immer was los.
The location is really optimal! At one end of the street is the train station Christuskirche and the beginning of the E-damm which offers a lot of ambience with nice café, food and shopping. At the other end of the street is already the Leibnizuniversität and behind it the Welfengarten, Georgen- and Herrenhäusergärten. So great for an evening walk, or if you want to walk to the district Linden.
The Nordstadt is through the university a very lively and young district, here is always something going on.
