Hey, da ich ab 1.2.08 auf Grund einer Ausbildung nach Berlin gehe suche ich eine Nachmieterin für meine nette Mädels WG!!!Wir sind eine 3er WG und haben ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, und zwei kleine Badezimmer.
Meine Mitbewohnerinen Anne( Heilerziehungspflegerin) und Angelina ebenfallls Heilerziehungspflegerin würden sich über einen kommunikativen, sauberen, lustigen und interessanten Mitbewohner/in sehr freuen.
Die Wohnung is sehr Uni nah ca. 5min, und hat sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die alle zu fuss zu erreichen sind. In unserem Haus wohnen noch viele andere WG`s mit denen wir ein sehr gutes Verhältnis haben, und sich genau wie Anne und Angelina auf ein neues Mitglied in unserem Haus freuen..
Der gesamte preis für das Zimmer bzw Wohnung ( übrigens 90qm) wäre 280Euro.
