Hallo hallo:),
Da ich für 8 Wochen in den Urlaub fahre, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum mein wirklich gemütliches Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Sofas, ein Hochbett, einen Couchtisch, einen Arbeitstisch, einen großen Schrank, usw. (wie in den Bildern gezeigt). Auch wenn ich die meisten meiner Sachen hier lasse, würde ich Platz für dich machen:)
Since I'm going on vacation for 8 weeks, I'm subletting my really cozy room for this period.
The room and the apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
The room has two sofas, a loft bed, a coffee table, a work table, a large wardrobe, etc. (as shown in the pictures). Even if I'm leaving most of my stuff here, I would make space for you:)
Die WG liegt in der Nordstadt, einem der schönsten und lebendigsten Stadtteile Hannovers.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ganz in der Nähe der Leibniz Universität und hat alles, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nähe befindet sich die berühmte Kneipe "Destille" mit den besten Pommes frites überhaupt.
Die Wohnung ist mit den U-Bahnen 4,5,6,11 zu erreichen und hat mehrere Busverbindungen. Cafe's und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Rewe, Netto, dm etc. sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

The WG is located in Nordstadt, which is one of the most beautiful and lively parts of Hannover.
The apartment is on the ground floor, very close to Leibniz University and has everything you need in the closeby. Nearby is the famous pub "Destille" with the best fries ever.
The apartment can be reached by subways 4,5,6,11 and has several bus connections. Cafe's and restaurants are within walking distance. Rewe, Netto, dm etc are also nearby for shopping.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir trinken Bier, gehen zusammen auf Partys und hängen auch einfach in der Küche ab.
Die Wohnung liegt meiner Meinung nach nicht in der ruhigsten Umgebung, da es viele Kneipen in der Nähe gibt und das Nachtleben vor allem an den Wochenenden stattfindet.

The roommates are very uncomplicated and friendly. We hang out with beers, go to parties together and also just talk in the kitchen.
In my opinion, the apartment is not in the quietest neighborhood, because there are many pubs nearby and the nightlife especially on the weekends
Obwohl mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist, sprechen die Mitbewohner, mit denen Sie zusammenleben würden, perfekt. Sie sprechen auch Englisch und einer spricht auch Spanich.

Although my German is not that great, the roommates you would live with speak perfectly. They also speak English and one speaks Spanich too.
