We are looking for flatmates to share a big room in our apartment in Nordstadt, which means you would be living with one more person in your room. There is no need to climb the stairs as our apartment is in the ground floor. The room available is 35 sqm2 and has a large bed which covers almost half of the room. There are two wardrobes to keep your clothes, bookshelf and a nightstand as the furnitures from our side. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared and occupied with furnishings. If you have any furniture to bring with you, just inform us in order to make arrangements easy for you.
You can't smoke inside the room, but you can smoke inside the kitchen.
The location is at the heart of Nordstadt. Within few meters there is Bus, U-bahn and S-bahn. You have easy access to Rewe, Tedi, DM, Woolworth, etc.
Hello everyone, Abhishek and Rayeez here. About us, we both are students in Leibniz Universität Hannover pursuing M.Sc. Optical Technologies. We are basically from southern part of India called Kerala and we cook together most of the times. We have a beautiful garden accessible behind the building where we chill when the weather is pleasant with some beers. Abhishek is also working part time in Five Guys and Rayeez is currently working on his project in Garbsen. If this sounds good for you, feel free to contact us.
The rent is 250€ per person which includes heat and electricity. We are looking for 2 person or someone who can pay 500€. Internet we split among ourselves. Unfortunately anmeldung (city registration) is not possible. 10€ person for Internet
