Das Zimmer ist nur 1 von 3 zur Zwischenmiete inserierten Zimmern, in einer schönen sanierten Altbauwohnung. Es kann auf Wunsch vollmöbliert übergeben werden. (Schreibtisch, Bett, Stuhl, kleiner TV, obligatorischer Kleiderschrank, Vitrinen, etc.) s. Fotos
Die große Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Es "fehlen" Wasch-und Spühlmaschine.
Dafür gibts aber einen großen Balkon zur Sonnenseite :)
Das Zimmer liegt an der Straßenseite, welche jedoch sehr ruhig ist, da es sich um eine Nebenstraße handelt. Außerdem liegt es morgens auf der Sonnen abgewandten Seite.
The room is only 1 of 3 which we are offering for intermediate rent! It is possible to get this room ready-furnished if you want. (desk, bed, chair, small TV, compulsory wardrobe, showcases, etc.) see in pictures :P
The big kitchen is ready-furnished as well, it's missing a washing machine and a dish washer tho.
The room is located next to a small street which is really quiet and the sun is on the other side of the house. (where the balcony is :))
Von der WG aus sind es nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Station Beekestraße oder 5 Minuten zur Station Schünemannplatz. Zur Hochschule Hannover sind es zu Fuß nur 10m Minuten!!
Die Stadt ist innerhalb entspannter 12 Minuten per Bahn zu erreichen.
In der Nähe befinden sich ein Penny (8Minuten zu Fuß), ein Niedrig Preis ( 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und ein großer Edeka (13 minuten zu Fuß). Des Weiteren befinden sich am Ricklinger Stadtweg und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Kioske, Bäckereien, 2 Dönerbuden und 2 Asia Läden. Somit ist bei plötzlichem Hunger immer eine schnelle Alternative in der nähsten Umgebung.
Weiter sind auch Banken (Sparkasse, Volksbank) sowie Apotheken und Poststellen in unmittelbarer Laufdistanz. (10minuten)
Within 3 Minutes walking distance you are reaching the station: Beekestraße. 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive with the suburban train to the Hochschule Hannover and only 12 minutes with the sub to the city center! For all Footballfans the Hannover 96 stadium is just 8 Minutes with the sub!
You got everything you need in walking distance (5-10minutes)!!
3 supermarkets, branch banks, kiosks, bakerys, pharmacys and post offices, Kebab and Asian food for the sudden hunger :P
Anders als in der Beschreibung stehend steht die WG für ein Semester komplett leer, da alle 3 aktuellen Bewohner in ein Auslandssemester gehen und bietet somit einer Gruppe oder auch 3 Individuen ein spannendes WG Leben auf Zeit um sich nach anderen alternativen umzuschauen oder ebenfalls für ein Auslandssemester und somit einzigartige interkulturelle Erfahrungen :)
Different than the description says, all 3 members of our shared flat are leaving for a semester abroad! So you got 3 rooms for a small group of incoming students or 3 individuals for an exciting intercultural experience! :)
