In unserer WG wird das schönste Zimmer frei - frisch renoviert, mit Balkon und wenn Du möchtest vollständig möbliert. Du kannst dich auf 17 qm ausbreiten und wohlfühlen.
Den Rest der Wohnung nutzen wir gemeinsam: auf 45 m² verteilen sich offene, voll ausgestattete Küche (Ja, der Kühlschrank ist groß! Und Ja, er spendet kühles Wasser und Eiswürfel :D ), angrenzendes Wohnzimmer, großzügiges Bad (mit Regendusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner!) und großer Flur mit Garderobenschrank.
Im Gemeinschaftskeller oder im Innenhof findet sich ein sicheres Plätzchen für Dein Fahrrad und im Kellerraum ist Platz für das, was Du in Deinem Zimmer nicht ständig brauchst.
The largest room in our WG is available - all renovated, with a huge window and if you like completely furnished. 19 sqm are all yours.
The rest of the flat is shared by the three of us: on 45 sqm there are the open and fully equipped kitchen (and yes, the fridge is huge and does dispense cold water, crushed ice and ice cubes), the adjoining cosy living room, the spacious bathroom (with rain shower, washing machine and dryer) and the large hallway with wardrobe.
In the cellar or in the inner courtyard you will find a safe place for your bike and in our cellar compartment you can store all the stuff that gets in your way upstairs.
Die Wohnung liegt optimal: Bushaltestelle schräg vor der Tür und nur ein kleines Stück weiter die U-Bahnhaltestelle Marienstraße. Zu Fuß bist Du in 10 Minuten am Kröpcke. Parken ist in der Südstadt immer eine Herausforderung, aber da in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Gebäudes das Henriettenstift und damit weniger Wohnbebauung liegt, findet sich in der Rautenstraße meistens ein Parkplatz.
Gegenüber findest Du einen Penny und um die Ecke in der Marienstraße Rewe, Rossmann, Denn´s und vieles mehr.
The location of the flat is perfect: a bus stop is next door and the subway is 200 metres down the road. On foot it takes you ten minutes into the city center. Parking is a bit of an issue in Südstadt but due to the hospital next door you usually find a spot in the road around the corner.
There is a super market right across the street and many more shops and restaurants around the corner in Marienstraße and down Sallstraße.
Niki (25, angehende Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin) und Olivia (24, studiert UX Design, macht ein Erasmus-Semester in Hannover) sind Dein WG-Team. Niki ist bis 21.09. noch im Auslandspraktikum und in der Zeit wohnt Grazia aus Italien für ein Auslandssemester bei uns.
Dirk (das bin ich, 41, Veranstaltungstechniker) zieht aus beruflichen Gründen nach Bremen. Ich bleibe der WG aber als Eigentümer und Dir als Vermieter erhalten.
Die Ladies freuen sich auf weibliche Verstärkung und Gesellschaft. Wenn Du schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringst und unsere tolle Wohnung mit uns weiter so perfekt in Schuss halten möchtest, passt du super rein. Wir freuen uns auf schöne WG-Abende, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet!
Your WG team are Niki (f, 25, student) and Olivia (f, 25, student).
Niki is doing a work experience abroad until the end of September so Grazia from Italy is staying with us in the meantime.
Dirk (that´s me, m, 41, event technician) is moving to Bremen due to a new job. But you won´t get rid of me as I´m the owner of the flat and will be your landlord.
The ladies are looking forward to a female flatmate and companion to join the team.
If you have had some shared living experience and are as keen as we are to keep the flat in the perfect condition it is in you are just the girl we are looking for. Also we are looking forward to the occesional kitchen parties and house nights to share dinner and some wine or beer.
