Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes 15m2 Zimmer in der Südstadt. Da ich in dem Zeitraum ab Mitte Mai bis Anfang September nicht in Hannover sein werde, würde ich mein Zimmer in der Zeit gerne untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hell und ist voll ausgestattet. Da ich meine Möbel nicht mitnehmen werde, würde ich es nur vollmöbliert vermieten.

want to sublet my beautiful, cosy room from middle of may to beginning of september. As its only for sublet I will leave all my furniture, so the room is only available fully furnished.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, einen recht großen Flur und eine gemütliche Küche wo sich auch gerne mal die ganze WG versammelt. Sie liegt im ruhigen Teil der Südstadt, fußläufig zum Maschsee und der Bult, Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Haustür und zur Ubahn (Geibelstraße) ists auch nicht weit. Supermärkte sind recht viele in der Umgebung (zum nächsten 5min gehen), ein kleiner Bioladen ist quasi im Haus. Und ein Pizza und Eisladen liegt auch direkt vor der Tür.

The flat has everything needed, including a cosy kitchen where you can find some of the roomates to chat with. Its located in the quiet area of the Südstadt, walking to distance to Maschsee and der Bult, Busstop is right in front and the Ubahn (Geibelstraße) is also just a few walking minutes. Supermarkets are quite a few nearby with the closest about 5 min to walk. Also theres Pizza and Ice cream just outside.
In der WG wohnen sonst noch Lena, Lina und Sophia, zwischen 26 und 32 Jahre alt. Die WG war bisher immer ein Misch aus Studenten und Berufstätigen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, machen also auch gerne mal etwas zusammen wie gemütlich kochen aber sind auch eher keine Party WG. Man kann sich also auch gut mal zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben.

The flat share Lina, Lena and Sophia, ages ranging from 26 to 32. It always used to be a mix of students and working people. We do enjoy spending time with each other and hang out but its also always possible to have your own time.
