ich, Stephan, verlasse unsere 3er-WG wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes. Deshalb suche ich jemanden nettes für die Nachmiete.
Du wohnst dann mit einem netten Mädel und einem netten Kerl zusammen. Beide sind 21 Jahre alt. Sie studieren oder sind in Ausbildung.
Die WG liegt in guter Lage am Jahnplatz (10min zur Uni, 7 mit U-Bahn zum HBf )
Du bekommst:
- Ein helles 18qm Zimmer mit hoher Decke und Laminatboden,
- Eine Küche mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank, etc.
- Ein Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher.
- Einen großen Flur.
In deinen Zimmer ist keine Einrichtung vorhanden, du kannst also quasi die weiße "Leinwand" neu gestalten. (Gestaltungsidee siehe Bilder)
Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner oder eine nette Mitbewohnerin.
