Hallo :) Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und kostet insgesamt 500 € pro Monat. Da sind die Warmmiete, die Möblierung des Zimmers, und Nutzung aller Haushaltsgeräte inbegriffen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch Geschirrspüler und Wäschetrockner.
Die Mindestmietdauer ist 6 Monate, die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete und die Wohnung befindet sich in der Keplerstraße und gilt damit als Vahrenwald.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Rad 5 Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Die Bushaltestellen der Linien 100 und 200 liegen nur 1 Minute und die Haltestellen der Stadtbahnen 1, 2, 6 und 11 liegen 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer Seitenstraße und die Wohnung ist ruhig.
Gesucht wird eine Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes WG Leben hat, in dem man auch mal einen Tee oder ein Bier zusammen trinkt, aber auch jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat.
Ich arbeite Vollzeit in unregelmäßigen Schichten und manchmal auch am Wochenende, bin aber leise, wenn ich früh raus muss oder spät wiederkomme.
Ansonsten ist mir wichtig, dass die Chemie stimmt. Für das meiste andere lässt sich eine Lösung finden.
