Das Haus hat 4 Zimmer und einen ausgebauten Dachboden, es ist ein schöner Altbau mit Charme. Die Dielen quitschen, im Sommer ist es angenehm kühl. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, ab Hechtsheim fährt die Straßenbahn, Bäcker/Supermarkt sind in Fahrradentfernung. Zeitweise wohnen meine beiden Kinder (12/14) bei mir. Ein eher ruhiger Mitbewohner würde gut zu uns passen. Es gibt zwei Bäder und einen Hof zum Verweilen. Tagsüber sind wir alle unterwegs. Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, der Boden ist Laminat.
