Wir bieten ein teilmöbliertes 15m2 Zimmer in einer 4er-WG. Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen und etwa 10min von der FH entfernt (Fahrrad). Die Innenstadt ist maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch der Schuhmacherort ist leicht erreichbar. Das mit Laminat ausgelegte Zimmer ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. SPÜLMASCHINE und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Im Zimmer steht ein Bett + Matratze, Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl, 2 Sessel, ein Expeditregal und eine Kleiderstange - die günstig zu übernehmen sind.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung unerwünscht, jedoch kann der Balkon hierfür genutzt werden. Eine Internet- und Telefonflatrate ist vorhanden und im Mietpreis (190€) – wie alle anderen Nebenkosten - bereits eingerechnet.
