Ich möchte in meinem Haus eine Wohngemeinschaft gründen - hierzu suche ich 2 Mitbewohner (innen). Es handelt sich um ein renoviertes Bauernhaus - eigentlich nur einen Teil davon - mit insgesamt 130 m2: Küche mit moderner Küchenzeile, Speißekammer, Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten, Kamin, in jedem Zimmer Parkett, Bibliothek im 1. OG, Piano, großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, Gästetoilette, Flur, Carport, großem Garten, Pool (ist noch im werden).... Katerle (muss bleiben) und Hund (muss ebenso bleiben), Ölzentralheizung... Internet/Festnetzanschluss sowie Satellit TV ist im Preis mit drin
... insgesamt nicht spießiges Wohnen.
Es wäre schön, hiermit 2 Mitbewohner zu finden. Raucher oder Vegetarier und auch Alter ist mir egal (ich bin 55...omg). Die Chemie muss halt stimmen.
Preisvorstellung pro Zimmer (teils mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank) wäre 380,- Euro warm.
