The villa is located 5 minutes walking distance from the inner city of Heidelberg with its shopping facilities and its night life as well as with the old Heidelberg University. Washing machine and garden are present and can be used. Internet can be arranged with the housemates. The rent is 400,- Euro per month with all costs inclusive (i.e. also costs for electricity, heating, water, etc.). Withe the all-inclusive rent you are protected from increases of electricity and energy costs. Deposit: 600,- Euro.
