Das Zimmer ist 17m² groß und trapezförmig geschnitten. Morgens und am Vormittag ist das Zimmer sehr hell von Sonne durchflutet. Vom Schreibtisch aus genießt man einen tollen Blick auf das Schloss. Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert vermietet. Derzeit befinden sich im Zimmer ein Regal, ein Nachttisch, und ein Schreibtisch. Auf Wunsch besorgt der Vermieter noch ein Bett und einen Schrank.
The room measures 17m² and has a trapezoid layout. It is very well lit during the day. From your desk, you will have a beautiful glance of the castle. The room is equipped with a bedside table, a book shelf and a desk. If necessary, our landlord can also buy a bed and a wardrobe for you.
Ein kleiner Edeka ist fußläufig in 2 Min. erreichbar. Bäckereien sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Neue Universität und die Bibliothek erreicht man in 5 Min. zu Fuß, sowie tegut und Marstall-Mensa in 7 Minuten.
Aldi, dm, Rewe und Penny sind mit dem Rad nur 7 Min. entfernt.
Ins Neuenheimer Feld gelangt man nach einer 15 minütigen Radtour. Dort finden vor allem die Unisportveranstaltungen statt. Den Hbf erreicht man ebenfalls innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit Bus oder Rad. Alternativ gibt es auch in der Altstadt einen Bahnhof, dessen Bahnen beispielsweise direkt nach Mannheim durchfahren.

Ich bin 29 Jahre alt (bald 30!) und eine entspannte, umgängliche Person. Ich bin immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben oder auch andere gemeinsame Aktionen wie z.B. Kochen. Nichtsdestotrotz braucht natürlich jeder auch seinen Freiraum, also alles ganz entspannt. In WGs habe ich vor ein paar Jahren gewohnt, als ich studiert habe.
Ich mache gerade eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin und arbeite nebenher noch in mehreren Nebenjobs. Mein Freund kommt ab und zu zu Besuch.
Ich lege einen gewissen Wert auf Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit.

I am a 29 years old (soon to be 30!) easygoing and relaxed person. I enjoy having chats with my roommates and I am open to eating together or share time otherwise, but I also know that you need your time alone, so it's all pretty relaxed here :) My experience in shared flats started in 2009, when I started University.
I am studying to become a Kindergarten/Daycare teacher, work some side jobs and have a boyfriend that visits me here and there.
I value tidyness and comitment to the cleaning schedule.
