In der Wohnung werden zum 1. April zwei Zimmer frei! Für Freunde ideal geeignet! Die Anzeige für das zweite Zimmer ist ebenfalls online.
Das ca. 11qm große Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und sehr hohe Decken, wodurch das Zimmer deutlich größer wirkt. Mittags scheint sogar etwas Sonne rein und ansonsten ist es auch immer sehr hell im Zimmer. Das tolle an der Lage ist, dass man mitten in der Stadt lebt, es aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig ist da die Wohnung zum Innenhof zeigt. Egal was man braucht, jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht mehr als 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der Necker ist gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem hat sich in der Brunnengasse ein sehr charmanter Kiosk (Späti) etabliert wo man auf Studentenrabatt setzen kann:)
Nach Absprache können Bettgestell, Spiegel und Kommode abgekauft werden.
