Hey and welcome to Heidelberg! Since Aurica is spending three month in Tansania for her intern, we are going to rent this lovely room in our shared Flat. The room is an furnished attic room with wooden floors. The hole apartment, which you are going to share with Sakia (student of dental medicine) and Jacob (something with IT at github) is very charming and located right at the old part of the town. By bike it takes you about 10 minutes to the medical campus in Neuenheim and about 2 Minutes to the old library in the heart of Heidelberg. The room is coming with furniture, so you have an 1,40 m bed and enough space for your personal things. We have of cause WIFI, a washing-machine, a dishwasher and great big kitchen as well as two bathrooms. So much for some details! Hallo und herzlich willkommen in Heidelberg! Da Aurica drei Monate in Tansania für ihr Praktisches Jahr (Meidzinstudium) verbringen wird, vermieten wir das schöne Zimmer in der Heidelberger Altstadt unter. Du teilst dir unsere schnuckelige Altbauwohnung mit Sakia (Zahnmedizinstudentin) und Jacob (irgendwas mit IT bei github). Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß und hat einen charmanten Holzboden. Zur Uni im Neuenheimerfeld (Medizin) brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten, in die Altstadt zur Unibib sind es maimal 2. Also wirklich im Herzen der Stadt gelegen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, zwei Bäder, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, WIFI und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Wir sind alle ziemlich beschäftigt in der WG, kochen und essen aber gerne zusammen oder gehen was trinken :) Soviel zu ein paar Details!

Wir wohnen direkt auf der Plöck, also in fantastischer Lage!
Der Bismarckplatz ist ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, der Friedrich-Ebert-Platz sogar noch näher. Von dort aus fahren viele Busse und Straßenbahnen ab.
Ein Penny ist nur eine Minute entfernt und bis zum nächsten Rewe sind es zu Fuß 7-8 Minuten. Donnerstag ist bis spät abends ein Markt direkt ums Eck.
Das Zimmer wird vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Mai zur Zwischenmiete inkl. der Möbel vermietet.
Die Miete von 470 € beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten, hinzu kommt nur noch die GEZ-Gebühr (5,50€), sodass deine Miete 475,50 € beträgt.
