Hey :) ich werde für ein Auslandssemester nach Kopenhagen gehen und daher mein Zimmer bis zum 29. Februar 2024 untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert inkl. Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Regal etc und ca. 14 m^2 groß. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock des Mondial Campus in der Bahnstadt und ist insgesamt ca. 38m^2 groß. Sie hat außerdem einen exklusiven Zugang zu einer großen Dachterrasse. Vom Zimmerfenster und der Dachterasse blickt man direkt runter auf den Fluss, der durch die Bahnstadt fließt. Fußbodenheizung und Lüftung sind auch vorhanden.
Bzgl der Miete: Warmmiete sind 490€. Am Ende des Jahres erfolgt noch eine Gesamtabrechnung der Energie- und Wasserkosten des Hauses, die unter allen aufgeteilt wird, sodass ggfs. noch Kosten anfallen könnten.

Hey :) I will go to Copenhagen for a semester abroad and therefore sublet my room until February 29, 2024. The room is fully furnished with everything you need and about 14 m^2. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Mondial Campus in Bahnstadt and is about 38m^2 in total. It also has exclusive access to a large roof terrace. From the room window and the roof terrace you look directly down on the river, which flows through the Bahnstadt. Underfloor heating and ventilation are also available.
Regarding the rent: Warm rent is 490€. At the end of the year there will be a total bill for energy and water costs of the house, which will be divided among all, so that costs may still arise.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bahnstadt, einem sehr modernen Stadtteil Heidelbergs, in dem viele jungen Familien, aber vor allem viele Studierende leben. Zum Hauptbahnhof kann man in einer Viertelstunde laufen. Die Bahnstation ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien und eine Apotheke sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.Eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt sind Felder, eine große Naturfläche zum Spazierengehen sowie eine Sportanlage. Zum Neuenheimer Feld und auch in die Altstadt sind es nur 10min mit dem Fahrrad. Freitags ist immer ein Markt um die Ecke. Auch nach Mannheim gelangt man innerhalb von 25min.

The apartment is located in Bahnstadt, a very modern district of Heidelberg, where many young families, but especially many students live. You can walk to the main train station in a quarter of an hour. The train station is a 2min walk away. Several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and a pharmacy are within a 5min walk.A minute walk away are fields, a large natural area for walking and a sports facility. To the Neuenheimer Feld and also to the old town it is only 10min by bike. On Fridays there is always a market around the corner. You can also get to Mannheim within 25min.
Du würdest hier mit Daniel zusammen wohnen, einem 20-Jährigen Deutsch-Griechen, der Physik studiert. Ab und zu mal einen geselligen Abend bei gutem Essen und einem Gläschen Wein, sowie gelegentliche Partys auf der Dachterasse sind gerne gesehen, aber natürlich kein Muss. Tagsüber ist er viel in der Uni unterwegs. Ruhe zum Lernen und Zeit für sich selbst haben sind natürlich genauso gewährleistet.

You would live here with Daniel, a 20-year-old German-Greek who studies phyics. Now and then a sociable evening with good food and a glass of wine, as well as occasional parties on the roof terrace are welcome, but of course not a must. During the day, he spends a lot of time at the university. Quiet to study and have time for themselves are of course equally guaranteed.
