Small furnished room in a modern apartment in Bahnstadt with balcony + cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom to share.
The apartment is 70 m2 in size, on the 2 nd floor of a new passive house in Bahnstadt. The whole shared apartment is super bright, has a beautiful window front in the living room, is very modern and has a central ventilation system, internet/TV connection in every room and electric blinds on the windows and balcony doors. The house also has an elevator.
The bathroom is also completely new with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also has a small cellar compartment.
An underground parking space could be rented if you are interested. There is also a bicycle cellar
Die Wohnung ist 70 m2 groß, im 2. OG eines Neubau-Passivhauses in der Bahnstadt. Die ganze WG ist super hell, hat eine schöne Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer, ist sehr modern und hat eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage, Internet-/TV-Anschluss in jedem Zimmer und elektrische Rollos an Fenstern und Balkontüren. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Fahrstuhl.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls komplett neu mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung noch ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz könnte bei Interesse dazu gemietet werden. Einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch!
Die Bahnstadt ist der neueste Stadtteil Heidelbergs und daher sehr modern. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage.
Zu Fuß sind es 3 Minuten zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, 5 Minuten zu einem Einkaufszentrum mit einigen Supermärkten (Aldi, Edeka), einem Drogeriemarkt und einer Apotheke. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten.
Auch die Altstadt und die Neckarwiese sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen
