Small furnished room in a modern apartment in Bahnstadt with balcony + cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom to share
The apartment is 70 m2 in size, on the 2 nd floor of a new passive house in Bahnstadt. The whole shared apartment is super bright, has a beautiful window front in the living room, is very modern and has a central ventilation system, internet/TV connection in every room and electric blinds on the windows and balcony doors. The house also has an elevator
The bathroom is also completely new with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also has a small cellar compartment.
An underground parking space could be rented if you are interested. There is also a bicycle cellar

A bit about me: I work in sales and currently work from home.
Important: This is not a “Zweck-WG” (purely functional shared flat), but rather a co-living setup. I value a friendly and social living environment, not just sharing the space.
I’m tidy, respectful, and appreciate a relaxed and positive atmosphere at home.

Die Wohnung ist 70 m2 groß, im 2. OG eines Neubau-Passivhauses in der Bahnstadt. Die ganze WG ist super hell, hat eine schöne Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer, ist sehr modern und hat eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage, Internet-/TV-Anschluss in jedem Zimmer und elektrische Rollos an Fenstern und Balkontüren. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Fahrstuhl.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls komplett neu mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung noch ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz könnte bei Interesse dazu gemietet werden. Einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch!

Kurz zu mir: Ich arbeite im Vertrieb und bin aktuell im Homeoffice tätig.
Wichtig: Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG, sondern eher um ein Co-Living-Konzept. Mir ist ein angenehmes Zusammenleben wichtig, bei dem man nicht nur nebeneinander wohnt.
Ich bin ordentlich, respektvoll und lege Wert auf eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung.
