Niklas has decided to move to a flat on his own and that's why we are looking for a new flatmate.
The room is spacious and equipped with some furniture. It has a bed, a sofa, two nightstands and a chair. Due to the two large windows, you have enough light at any time of the day. The flat is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in good condition (lift available). Cellar and underground parking are also available. The bathroom and kitchen are also equipped with all the necessities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The furniture as shown in the picture is not included, (but there’s a bed, a desk, a chair, a sofa and a simple wardrobe for you available).
The complete rent is 460 EUR (warm, including Internet and TV/radio tax or GEZ). The security deposit is 800 EUR.
Niklas ha decidido mudarse a un piso por su cuenta, por eso estamos buscando un nuevo compañero de piso.
La habitación es espaciosa y está equipada con algunos muebles. Tiene una cama, un sofá, una mesita de noche, un armario y una silla. Gracias a las dos ventanas grandes, tienes suficiente luz en cualquier momento del día. El piso se encuentra en el quinto piso de un edificio de apartamentos en buen estado (con ascensor). También hay un sótano y aparcamiento subterráneo disponibles. El baño y la cocina también están equipados con todas las necesidades, incluyendo lavadora y lavavajillas.
El alquiler completo es de 460 EUR (gastos incluidos, incluyendo Internet y tasa de televisión/radio o GEZ). La fianza es de 800 EUR.
The location of the flat is perfect. It is a 3 minute walk from the HD train station. However, the flat is very quiet due to the fact that it overlooks Betriebshof. The Flixbus stop is also only a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are many supermarkets (Kaufland, Edeka and Aldi) as well as restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the Neckarweise is only a few minutes away :)
La ubicación del piso es perfecta. Está a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de tren HD. Sin embargo, el piso es muy tranquilo debido a que da al Betriebshof. La parada de Flixbus también está a solo unos metros de distancia. En las inmediaciones hay muchos supermercados (Kaufland, Edeka y Aldi), así como restaurantes y bares. Además, el Neckarweise está a solo unos minutos de distancia :)
Your flatmates will be Esther (26) and Iván (33). Esther is from Spain and came to Heidelberg for an internship in a small company. Iván is from Spain too and finishing his master's degree in translation and looking for a job. Both are super open-minded, warm and social people. They speak spanish, english and a little german. We meet from time to time for dinner in the kitchen, or otherwise spontaneously when it comes up. Life in the WG is very relaxed and we talk openly about our day-to-day things.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy and open-minded flatmate.
Tus compañeros de piso serán Esther (26) e Iván (33). Esther es de España y vino a Heidelberg para hacer una pasantía en una pequeña empresa. Iván también es de España y está terminando su maestría en traducción y buscando trabajo. Ambos son personas muy abiertas, cálidas y sociables. Hablan español, inglés y un poco de alemán. Nos reunimos de vez en cuando para cenar en la cocina, o de manera espontánea cuando surge la ocasión. La vida en el piso compartido es muy relajada y hablamos abiertamente sobre nuestras cosas del día a día.
Estamos buscando un compañero de piso amigable, ordenado y de mente abierta.
