Im oben genannten Zeitraum bin ich unterwegs und mein Zimmer wird vorübergehend frei. Die kurze Zwischenmiete eignet sich vor allem beim Übergang während der Wohnungssuche oder des Umzugs, Termine in Heidelberg, den Besuch von Bekannten o.ä.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Bad, eine Küche mit allen Utensilien und einem Innenhof für Fahrräder.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen: Zum Bismarckplatz kommt man in 5-10 Laufminuten, zum Hauptbahnhof in 10-15. Die Haltestelle Campus Bergheim ist direkt vor der Türe und die Haltestelle Stadtbücherei 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen schönen Spaziergang ist man ebenso in wenigen Minuten am Neckar.
Die angegebene Miete gilt für den angegebenen Zeitraum und deckt alle Nebenkosten sowie GEZ und WLAN ab.

The flat is located super central: In 5 to 10 minutes you can walk to Bismarckplatz and you are located 10-15 minutes (by walk) away from the central station. The Tram station ‚Campus Bergheim‘ is directly in front of the door, and the station ‚Stadtbücherei‘ you reach in 4 Minutes by walk. The flat is also ideal located for a beautiful walk at the Neckar river.
