Dein Zimmer ist 15m² groß, teilmöbliert und hat große Fenster. Es ist eins von vier WG-Zimmern in der Wohnung, die darüber hinaus auch über eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, eine seperate Toilette und einen Balkon verfügt. Als großes Plus haben wir Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. In der Warmmiete eingeschlossen ist W-Lan und Rundfunkbeitrag.
The room has 15m² and is partly furnished. There are 4 rooms in the flat and also a kitchen, a bathroom, a seperate toilet and a small balcony. A big plus is the dishwasher and the washing mashine. Wifi and 'Rundfunkbeitrag' are included in the cost.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Czernybrücke. Von der Haustür aus kann man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof gelangen. Direkt vor der Tür hält die 26 und am Ende der Straße die 5. Auch die Haltestelle Betriebshof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten kommt man so zum Bismarkplatz und damit auch in die Altstadt (15-20 Minuten bis zum Uniplatz). Als Fußgänger oder Radfahrer kann man außerdem auf einem Steg den Neckar überqueren und so schnell ins Neuenheimer Feld gelangen.
The flat is next to the Czernybrücke. There's a busstop in front of it and others close by. You can walk to the main station in 10 Minutes.
Wir sind eine internationale WG bestehend aus Devyani (Indien), Laura (Italien) und Agnes (Deutschland). Deshalb sprechen wir auch die meiste Zeit Englisch und würden dich daher bitten auch deine Anfrage auf Englisch zu schreiben.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich entspannt, d.h. wir essen gelegentlich zusammen, schauen einen Film oder spielen Brettspiele. Es ist aber auch völlig in Ordnung seine Zimmertür zu schließen und sich zurückzuziehen, wenn man mal keine Lust hat.
We are a quite international flat, consisting of Devyani (India), Laura (Italy) and Agnes (Germany) and have a relaxed way of living together. Sometimes we eat together, watch a movie or play boardgames. But if you like time on your own it's no problem to go to your room and close the door. We mostly speak English around the flat and ask you to please apply in English too.
