Da ich nach heim fahre, möchte ich mein schönes Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG zwischenvermieten. (Die spezifische Mietzeit kann je nach Bedarf angepasst werden.) Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und vollmöbliert – ein 1.4 * 2.0m Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Regal sogar ein Sofa. Aufgrund der zwei Fenster ist es auch sehr schön hell.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem noch eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, riesigem Kühlschrank und einem besonders schönen Balkon und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Mit der nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt liegenden Haltestelle ist man in etwa 10min am Bismarckplatz. In unter 8 Gehminuten erreichst du Hauptbahnhof.
Es handelt sich um eine kein-Zweck WG. Das Zusammenleben ist echt harmonisch und unkompliziert.
Die Miete besteht aus der Kalmiete 350 Euro und die Nebenkosten 130 Euro pro Monat, zuzüglich 15 Euro/Monat für Internet und Telefonflatrate.
