Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer für Mai, da ich für ein Praktikum nach München gehe. Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m^2 groß, hat einen Blick auf den Neckar. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Wir haben durchgängig warmes Wasser, Heizung, einen Keller, in dem wir Sachen lagern können. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit einem Feigen- und einem Kirschbaum.
I am renting my beautiful room in May since I am going for an internship to Munich. The room is around 10 sqm big. The room will be subleased with all the furniture.
We have always hot water, heating, a cellar to put your stuff in, and a nice view to the Neckar. We also have a garden with cherry and fig trees.
Die WG ist relativ zentral am Ende von Bergheim direkt am Neckar gelegen. Sie ist 3 Min. zu Fuß vom Wehrsteg, 7 Min. von der Haltestelle der Linie 5, 15 Min. vom Hauptbahnhof und nur 2 Min von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt, wo die Linie 34 hält.
Der Campus Bergheim und das Neuenheimer Feld sind jeweils mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Min. zu erreichen und in die Altstadt läuft man 20 Min bzw. 10/ 15 Min mit dem Rad.
Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet, sodass man sowohl vom Balkon als auch der Küche aus interessante Vögel beobachten kann.
The WG is quite central. It is located at the end of Bergheim, right next to the Neckar. It is three minutes by walk away from the Wehrsteg, 7 minutes by walk away from the tram 5, 15 minutes by walk to HBF, 2 minutes by walk o the bus stop where 34 passes by.
In terms of campuses, we are 10 minutes away from the Bergheim and Im Neuenheimer Feld, and 20 mins by walk away from the Aldstadt.
We are right next to the nature conservation zone, so we always see very interesting birds when we are at our balcony!
Petar ist Physiks-Doktorand in MPI.
Milena studiert Jura und arbeitet nebenher in einer Stiftung.
Ana ist Doktorandin im Uni Klinikum.
Ich, Melis bin Ärztin aus der Türkei, ich arbeite in einem Forschungslabor für meine Doktorarbeit.
Für ein Praktikum gehe ich nach München im Mai.
Wir sind alle zwischen 23 und 25 Jahren alt, sprechen Englisch, Deutsch, Türkisch, Spanisch, Catalan, Französisch, Serbisch, Ungarisch - alles in allem einen bunten Sprachenmix.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, ob spontanes Frühstück oder Abendessen, Kurztrips etc. aber es ist auch kein Problem, wenn du in deinem Zimmer bleiben und deine Ruhe haben möchtest. Außerdem haben wir einen rotierenden Putzplan und legen Wert darauf, dass er eingehalten wird.
Petar is doing his PhD in physics.
Milena is studying Law and working at a foundation.
Ana is doing her PhD in University Hospital.
I am a doctor from turkey, working in a research lab for my MD thesis. I will be in Munich in May for an internship.
We are between ages 23-25. Your roommates will speak German, English, Turkish, Spanish, French and Hungarian!
We usually like to hang out together, make breakfast, dinner, go to trips etc. but it is completely okay to stay at your room and have a peace at yourself too. We have a cleaning schedule which is very important for us to follow.
