Das Appartement ist voll möbliert (Bett 140 cm, Nachttisch, Regal, Sessel, Schrank, Tisch mit Stühlen, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Küchenzeile mit den notwendigen Küchenutensilien, Kochgelegenheit, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube. Ein eigenes Bad ist verfügbar (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken).
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann mitbenutzt werden. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist eine Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu trocknen, sowie eine Abstellfläche für kleinere Sachen.
Das Appartement wurde letztes Jahr von Grund auf neu renoviert.

The apartment is fully furnished (140 cm bed, bedside table, shelf, armchair, cupboard, table with chairs, desk with chair, kitchenette with the necessary kitchen utensils, cooking facilities, refrigerator, extractor hood. A private bathroom is available (shower, toilet, sink).
A washing machine is available and can be shared. There is also a possibility to dry the laundry, as well as a storage area for smaller things.
The apartment was completely renovated last year.
Das Appartement liegt auf einer Anhöhe in Dossenheim in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße am nördlichen Ortsrand nahe den Weinreben. Nur Anwohnerverkehr. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut (Straße und öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe).
Öffentlicher Verkehr ist 600 m (ca. 5 Gehminuten) entfernt, die Bahnen fahren im Zehnminutentakt Richtung Weinheim und Heidelberg.
Einkaufsmöglichen, Ärzte, Apotheke, Bücherei, Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is on a hill in Dossenheim in a quiet side street on the northern outskirts near the vines. Resident traffic only. Parking is good (street and public parking nearby).
Public transport is 600 m away (approx. 5 minutes on foot), the trains run every ten minutes in the direction of Weinheim and Heidelberg.
Shops, doctors, pharmacy, library, restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.
