Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein Gäste-WC und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmachine. Die Stromkosten sind bereits in den Nebenkosten inklusive. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner finden sie im Keller. Vor dem Haus befinden sich außerdem Fahrradständer.
Ruhige Lage,
Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt in etwa 3 Minuten Laufweg Entfernung,
die nächste Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar,
das Zentrum von Eppelheim ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Universität Heidelberg in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Im moment, wohnt Lisa, Sophie und ICh . ICh ausziehe am ende Mai.
Lisa und Sophie studieren Sport in der Uni .Sie sind sehr nett und freundlich .
Wir kochen manchmal zusammen und quatschen gerne in der Küche und spielen in paar games .
Sauberkeit ist wichtig .Wir haben eine putzplan.
