I am currently moving out and am looking to rent my beautiful room in a very friendly WG. The room is 16sq.meter, has plenty of sunshine and comes furnished (have to pay for the furniture) with bed, couch, study table, chair and cupboard and your own balcony!
There is a common kitchen (2 fridges and one large freezer), a balcony which is adjacent to the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You will share a bathroom and toilet with one other guy who is super clean. You have to pay extra for washing (coin laundry).
Very close (3-5min walk) to Bürgestr where 23, 24 and 5 RNVs run. 10min bike ride to Feuenheimer Feld, 15-20min bike ride to Altstadt.
Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM all in 5 min walking distance.
There are 4 other students (1 girl, 3 guys) living in the WG, all of them speak fluent English and German. They are super friendly and easy going but clean, their majors vary from Math-Physics-Political Science and Anthropology. WG-nights are quite nice, where we all sit for dinner and wine atlas once a month depending on the busy schedules. Since we don't have a living room our meeting point for chats over coffee and tea happen in the kitchen, so if you feel like socialising you can in the kitchen or if you need your own space that is fine as well :)
We are looking for students who are friendly, easy going, and clean.
